In May 2016, Qiming star and CCF established a million level "Hongyan" scientific research fund. This is the first special research fund funded by the industry for young scholars in the academic community after the first level discipline of Cyberspace Security has been approved. At present, the first phase of Hongyan plan has completed the guide release, project approval review, task letter signing, mid-term inspection and other links, and all works are progressing smoothly. The researchers and the industry have carried out multi-faceted communication on in-depth research, transformation of scientific and technological achievements, investment and financing, etc.

The 2017 "Hongyan" scientific research fund project has been declared since today. The project is divided into open proposition and special proposition around the cyberspace security field, including security issues in emerging fields such as cloud computing, big data, Internet of things, Internet of vehicles, industrial control security, etc., and It covers system security, network security, event management and other traditional security issues. The topic includes 12 categories and 36 specific topics. I hope to leave more space and flexibility for applicants in the topic selection. Subject applicants can derive and expand these propositions, and propose their own unique project names, research objectives and routes.
